• Make-ups

  Make-ups must be done during the same session that classes were missed. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please arrive early and check-in with the front desk and give the dates of the missed classes.

  • Students 5 years and younger

    may make-up two classes per session during our Preschool Playtimes which are held Monday-Friday 11:30am-12:30pm and the 3rd Saturday of each month 4:30-5:30pm.

  • Students in Kindergarten and up

    may make-up two classes per session during our Extra Gym time which is held Saturdays 1:00-2:00pm

• Transfers, Refunds and Credits

  • We will happily transfer your child to another appropriate class in the middle of a session provided there is space.

    However, we do encourage everyone to stay in their current class and transfer between sessions whenever possible.

  • BGC does not offer refunds.

    As part of what we teach in our program, we encourage children and families to fulfill commitments. Credits may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
